Parallel Systems
Since 2020, our company has served as a contract manufacturer for Parallel Systems, supporting the design, fabrication, assembly, and commissioning of their prototype semi-autonomous electric freight vehicles across three product generations — MK1, MK2, and MK3. Our scope of work spans the full production lifecycle, including materials procurement, quoting, shipping, and kitting on behalf of Parallel, as well as functional testing of produced sub-assemblies. We have also designed and fabricated specialized engineering fixtures to support their development program, including a motor dynamometer, braking hardware test stand, and Hardware-In-The-Loop (HITL) test stand. Our partnership extends into the field as well, having provided on-site support for the setup and handover of the first MK2 vehicle to paying customer ARC Infrastructure in Perth, Australia.
Valor Atomics
TSR has been engaged as a key fabrication and engineering partner for Valar Atomics, a startup working to bring Small Modular Reactors (SMRs) to market in an increasingly competitive and fast-moving industry. Initially brought on to design and fabricate the Reactor ISO Frame — a precision steel structure built to global shipping container standards and engineered to support a 60,000 lb reactor core — TSR was selected specifically because no other fabricator could meet Valar’s aggressive development schedule. As the engagement progressed, Valar recognized the breadth of TSR’s capabilities and expanded our scope to encompass ISO Frame Pedestal Assembly, Thermocouple Design and Integration Support, Structure Façade, and ISO Frame Reactor Reinforcement. Across both years of the engagement, TSR has delivered design, consulting, fabrication, integration, installation, and field support services — serving as a versatile and responsive partner as Valar races to establish a foothold in the nascent commercial SMR market.

TSR provided consulting, technical design, fabrication, logistics, and installation services in support of a press event for Boom Aerospace. The activation showcased a prototype for Boom’s supersonic commercial travel and required precise technical execution to deliver a compelling and polished public-facing presentation.
