TSR provides technical design, game mechanics development, engineering, prototyping, fabrication, systems integration, testing, safety validation, installation, and on-site production support. Working closely with producers, directors, and designers, TSR transforms creative concepts into reliable, camera-ready experiences that perform under the demands of live and recorded television. TSR has contributed to numerous nationally recognized productions, including Legends of the Hidden Temple, The Voice, Fear Factor, Survivor, The Price Is Right, Beast Games, the Academy Awards, Billboard Music Awards, the Grammys and many other high-profile productions.
The Voice
The Scenic Route has been working closely with NBC’s The Voice TV show since its premier. From Season One to the current Season 30, TSR has designed and fabricated 4 generations of this technology packed, themed chair. Integrating motion control, lighting, audio, and even seat heaters, with custom leather upholstery, steel, aluminum, and fiberglass fabrication methods, the Voice coaches’ chairs have become a globally recognized icon. In addition to the chairs seen on American television, TSR has produced numerous Voice chairs for promotional tours, and other counties’ productions of the show around the world.
